Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern sales of products and services offered by DMCNB TECH (SAS with share capital of 100 euros, SIRET 98935737100016) on the website dmcnb.fr. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 - Products and Services
DMCNB TECH sells physical products (Mini PCs, electronic components, accessories) and digital products (software licenses, activation keys). Products are described as accurately as possible. Photographs and descriptions have no contractual value.
Article 3 - Orders
To place an order, the customer must: 1. Select the desired product(s) 2. Provide contact information (email, name) 3. Choose a payment method 4. Confirm and proceed with payment The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the provided address.
Article 4 - Prices
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) including all applicable taxes. The applicable VAT is that in effect on the day of the order. DMCNB TECH reserves the right to modify prices at any time, with products being invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Article 5 - Payment
Payment is made online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) via our secure payment provider Stancer. Payment is charged at the time of order confirmation. All transactions are secured and encrypted in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Article 6 - Delivery
Digital products: Licenses and activation keys are delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation. Physical products: Physical products are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery within mainland France takes 2 to 5 business days. Shipping costs are indicated at checkout. DMCNB TECH cannot be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.
Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L.221-18, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties. Exceptions: In accordance with Article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement (activated software licenses, used activation keys). Article 8 - Warranties
All physical products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). In the event of a defect in conformity, the customer may request repair or replacement of the product within 2 years from delivery.
Article 9 - Liability
DMCNB TECH is committed to providing products that conform to their description. DMCNB TECH shall not be held liable in the event of misuse of the product by the customer, force majeure, or unforeseeable and insurmountable acts of a third party.
Article 10 - Intellectual Property
All elements of the dmcnb.fr website (text, images, logos, software) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction without prior authorization is prohibited.
Article 11 - Personal Data
Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, please consult our Privacy Policy.
Article 12 - Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation and/or execution falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of DMCNB TECH.
