Refund Policy

Scope

This refund policy applies to all purchases made on dmcnb.fr, operated by DMCNB TECH. We distinguish between digital products (software licenses, activation keys) and physical products (Mini PCs, electronic components).

Digital Products

Digital products (software licenses, activation keys) are delivered instantly via email. In accordance with French Consumer Code Article L.221-28, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun with the consumer's agreement. However, if the key or license does not work as expected, we commit to: - Providing a replacement key as quickly as possible - Or issuing a full refund if no solution is found The request must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Physical Products

For physical products, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt of your order. Return conditions: - The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition - The product must not have been used or damaged - Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility - The product must be accompanied by the invoice or order number In the case of a defective or non-conforming product, return shipping costs are covered by DMCNB TECH.

Refund Process

To request a refund: 1. Contact us at contact@dmcnb.fr with your order number 2. Describe the reason for your request 3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with instructions 4. For physical products, return the product to the address provided Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Exclusions

Refunds cannot be granted in the following cases: - License or activation key already used or activated - Physical product damaged by the customer - Product returned incomplete or without original packaging - Request made after the 14-day withdrawal period - Misuse of the product

Refund Timeline

Once the request is approved: - Digital products: refund within 3 to 5 business days - Physical products: refund within 7 to 14 business days after receipt and verification of the returned product Refunds are processed via the original payment method (credit card). The time for the refund to appear on your bank statement depends on your financial institution.
